In November 2016, Harambee International Development in partnership with Know the Truth Ministries led a team of eight to provide ministry support to Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa area. The team bought desks and school support items for a Johannesburg Elementary School. The team provided financial and preaching support to Life Centre Bible Church. The Team traveled 40 miles north of Johannesburg to the Jehovah Jireh Orphanage to provide loving care to the children and staff, and other items to support the need of school. In Cape Town the team performed street witnessing and led a number of people to Christ. The team visited Table Mountain and Robben Island (prison where President Nelson Mandela was held with other political prisoners.
